Chef Shannon Overmiller oversees the delightfully rustic American menu at The Majestic. The Rammy Rising Star Chef nominee also makes one helluva fried oyster (but I'll show you that in another video). She sat down with Metrocurean to dish on some of her favorite bites around town.
